We look for the personalities that will bring our trips to the next level. We put a great emphasis on making sure that we hire the best fit for our company. We have a small team that quickly becomes family and is a great place for progressing your guiding career.
Riverside Adventures pay philosophy for our guides is that we believe with the lives of our customers in your hands you should be paid accordingly. Wages were increased this season to help our team with the crazy inflation we have seen lately. We continue to be leaders in guide compensation.
We also keep our guiding team small to keep you working. With the guiding industry we have short periods of time to earn our living and that is much more difficult when you work with too large of a team and can’t even get full time. We don’t bring anyone on unless we can give them full time for the busy season of mid June to September. We also keep you as busy as possible on the shoulder seasons. Our guides come first, always!
